This easy and simple recipe for Taco Meat is delicious and uses “make your own” taco seasoning!
In the midst of all my rushing around and coming up with ideas for new and delicious recipes, Casey occasionally reminds me that there are times when it’s nice to just have a meal that’s an old favorite. Dishes like Scallop & Veggie Casserole are tasty and unique, but every now and then you just want tacos.
He’s right.
In light of that fact, guess what we had for dinner yesterday evening? 🙂
Up until this past year, if I wanted to make tacos, I would go to the store and simply grab some ground beef and a package of taco seasoning. Then one day I discovered how easy it is to make a basic homemade taco seasoning. So, today I’m sharing that! This recipe works well with ground beef or turkey and can be thrown together in less than 30 minutes.
I call that a winner!
Note: The tortillas you see in the picture are my homemade tortillas, which recipe can be found here, if you are interested.
