Photo of the Week + Raspberry Grape Lemonade Popsicles

These refreshing Raspberry Grape Lemonade Popsicles are easy to make, and are naturally sweetened with honey.

This photo of the week post is going to be a little bit scatterbrained, because I had to get up unusually early this morning and my brain is not working quite the way it should.  If you suddenly start seeing a random string of letters and numbers, it means I’ve fallen asleep on my keyboard.

As I was looking through my pictures of these homemade popsicles, all I could think was that we need a larger popsicle mold.  If you saw these in real life, you would think they are the tiniest little popsicles you’ve ever seen.  They’re about big enough for one lick and then they’re gone.

So, that’s on my to-do list now.  New popsicle mold.  Check.

My reason for sharing a popsicle recipe today is because it is HOT down here in Florida, and the importance of hydration is weighing on my brain at the moment.

Even this guy wants to know what possessed him to move down here.

Ok, maybe not.  He’s probably quite happy, to be honest.  Florida is kind of a great place for turtles, and we live right near a lake, so I’m pretty sure he’s living the life.  “Have a good day, turtle bro!  Catch you later.”  (I actually have no idea if he’s a he or a she, so if a turtle expert could shed some light, I would be curious to know.  I think turtles are fascinating, and whenever I come across one I always have to stop and say hi.)

I told you I was tired.

Anyway, back to the popsicles.

The only ingredients you need are grapes, raspberries, honey, lemon juice, and water.  (Simple, right?  I like simple.)  In about 5 minutes, you can have these whipped up and in your freezer.

Wow, that looks so good right now.  You know what, I think I might have one of these left!  (No, I’m not sharing.  You kidding?  Make your own.)  😉  *heads for kitchen*
