This simple pizza recipe contains chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and garlic as toppings.
Homemade pizza is amazing. Seriously, dinner can’t get much better, especially when said pizza has a delicious whole wheat crust and is topped with green olives.
For anyone who hates green olives like Casey does, I guess you can leave them off if you must. 🙂
Chicken Spinach Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 large, unbaked, whole wheat pizza crust
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (to taste)
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Olive oil
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green olives (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Brush top of unbaked crust lightly with olive oil. Season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Top with spinach leaves, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and green olives Bake until crust turns golden brown, about 17-25 minutes.
