Salmon is pan cooked and seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning to make a fast and delicious meal.
This recipe is one of our favorite ways to eat salmon! Also, it’s quick and easy, which is always a plus.
Perfect for busy weeknights!
10-Minute Lemon Pepper Salmon
- 2 4 oz. salmon fillets
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat oil in skillet for about 2 minutes over medium high heat. Place salmon fillets in skillet and sprinkle with seasonings (be careful as the oil may splatter; I cover mine partially with a lid while cooking). Cook on one side until golden brown, about 4 minutes, then flip with spatula and cook on the other side about 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked through and firm. Serve! We like ours with a side of steamed or roasted vegetables and maybe some rice or quinoa.
